Susan has been passionately working with JIRA since 2008, so much so her official title at StatPro was changed to JIRA Queen in 2014. Around the same time Susan signed on to revitalize the Toronto Atlassian User Group. Susan participated in the beta certification program and was please to become the first certified JIRA Administrator in Ontario in June 2016.
