"The Mistakes We Made (and Lessons Learned) Implementing Agile Marketing"

When our marketing team implemented agile, specifically scrum, we made a lot of mistakes. We made some trade offs between speed of execution and perfection, and suffered some adoption consequences along the way. Some of the mistakes were process-oriented and some were Jira configuration mistakes. This talk walks you through these mistakes and the lessons we learned, so you can avoid them in your agile implementation.
