About this event

ServiceClarity helps teams using JIRA to better monitor performance across their software development and customer support processes.

How it does this is utilising RAG KPI reports to easily track key metrics within the organisation.

Unlike other reporting tools such as EazyBI, ServiceClarity is able to provide automated reports that contain data in real-time.

Conor is a solutions engineer that spends his time working with F500 clients implementing KPI reports to improve how they monitor and track their development and customer support processes. He has a software engineering background where he previously worked at Deloitte Digital. On the side, he would run meet ups/hackathons in Northern Ireland.
