The presentation will highlight how Riada's product, Insight, helps businesses increase productivity in Enterprise Service Management by managing all assets within Jira. In the presentation, we will highlight how Insight can be used in ITSM, how having a built-in CMDB can shorten the meantime to a resolution for incidents.
