It’s direct and quick, giving them instant gratification for finding a solution to their problem. For those using Jira Service Desk as their ITSM solution, there hasn’t been a Jira live chat support solution contained within the Atlassian ecosystem – until now.

A ‘lesson learned’ exercise. Lessons gleaned from work to consolidate 35 Jira instances into a single instance and early adoption of Jira Data Center.

Will cover planning for consolidation, migration of project configurations, migration of data, common gotchas and opportunities to tidy up along the way. I will also be covering tools used

7:10 pm How to Manage & Share data on Confluence Martin has been using Confluence since around 2007 and, in that time, has been an administrator, collaboration manager, project lead and consultant on several Confluence instances and projects. He has particularly been focused on how to integrate Confluence with other systems and how to align its usage with bespoke business processes. Martin currently lives in Brighton with his partner and dog, and works as a Global Capability Lead at GlaxoSmithKline in London. His talk takes users through the questions they need to ask themselves in order to arrive at the right solution for them.
