Rails, Sails and Wheels – Transforming public transport with JIRA and Insight at Västtrafik - Lisa Förstberg, Riada
Every day there are numerous disruptions in the public transport around the Greater Gothenburg Area. Behind the scenes a lot of people are involved in analysis, decisionmaking and coordinating measures, like ordering replacement transport, to uphold a smooth public transport. This case is about Riadas assignment at Västtrafik, where JIRA and Insight play an important part in digitalizing the identification of disruptions, analysis, coordinating, ordering and following up on the counter measures.
