About this event

The Housing IT group has started on a transformative path using Atlassian tools with the ultimate goal to build a more mature IT organization capable of more than just fighting fires.  In this presentation we'll discuss how we created our project management structure and show off what it looks like in JIRA and Confluence.  We'll also show newly created analytics we've built with data from JIRA using Power BI.
