The Housing IT group has been on a multi-year transformative path using Atlassian tools with the ultimate goal to build a more mature IT organization capable of more than just fighting fires. In this presentation we'll show how we use Jira and Confluence to help manage our portfolio from intake to execution.  Using only out-of-the-box Jira and Confluence (and maybe one additional plugin), we'll pull back the covers on our recently launched process.
