John Riley of Ready Set Agile, and a regular attendee of our events, will be hosting a workshop on Big Room Planning!  Bring your Laptops! The goal of this workshop is to demonstrate effective Agile portfolio planning using Atlassian tools.

We will facilitate an Agile Big Room Planning session in this workshop. You will need a laptop or similar device to connect to our sample Jira and Confluence cloud instances to experience the 'Go' phase of a sample Big Room Planning effort. The Atlassian Agile Coach website agrees that this SAFe technique is effective when getting started because it brings together all the people accountable for delivering value to market and plan collaboratively. By the end of this session you will see how a short facilitated planning session complimented with Jira Software can effectively organize a 90-day collaborative effort.
